Ordered some flowers online to be delivered immediately. Though the flowers could not be delivered on the same day - but that was because my recipient did not answer the numerous calls by florist to confirm delivery destination. I appreciated the florist contacting me - the person who placed the order - to keep me informed - in real time! That was very nice & professional. Would not hesitate to order from this florist again !

I recently had the pleasure of ordering flowers on Valentines Day from Ward Express in Jordan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Due to me living in Canada I was a bit worried about the delivery being late or being difficult, but everything was very professional and smooth. The team was very responsive to all my questions insuring the delivery time would be met. The quality of flowers were amazing too! Great place to order from. I ordered my flowers this morning from their website and they arrived 2hrs later to the person I sent them to in Amman Jordan. This was my first experience with Ward Express. I live in Abu Dhabi, and I wanted to send an elegant present for my brother in Jordan, to receive on the day of his master's degree defense in the German Jordanian University-Madaba. Ward Express impressed me with their service: my present was as in the photo of the site, it was delivered sharply on time, and with continuous update to me on WhatsApp with the status. I do highly recommend this shop.

We are from Saudi Arabia, specifically from the city of Jeddah, and there was an occasion for one of our sisters in Jordan, a friend of my sister, and we were carrying the gifts. We contacted brother Muhammad and he made all the arrangements as if we were completely present, to the point that he sent his team to search for the watch since the online store was closed and he delivered it. Thank you very much, Mr. Muhammad. I recommend dealing with him.

I try to keep my shop ratings privately but this shop is amazing. I wanted to send flowers to someone in Amman so I made the order online. They were absolutely professional, I was able to chat with them via text , and they delivered within two hours, they had me informed via text and photos every step of the way. Mohammad, the owner of the shop was so helpful, patient and obliging with all my queries and specifications. I talked to him personally on whatsapp although he was traveling out of country for vacation, i was little annoying and sent him a hundred texts requesting this and that, but he gave me all his time and was very patient 😅we Recommended to a friend and we both have had a highly positive experience. I usually have a second thought on ordering flowers online due to "expectation vs reality" issue.
Ward express amazed me on how they put up the flowers/ cake exactly how it looks like in the photos on their portal. Also, the price is very affordable and reasonable.
